Donald Trump has taken to Twitter to share his condolences with the family of Baltimore representative Elijah Cummings after he passed away today following battles with illness
"My warmest condolences to the family and many friends of Congressman Elijah Cummings,” Trump wrote.
“I got to see first hand the strength, passion and wisdom of this highly respected political leader. His work and voice on so many fronts will be very hard, if not impossible, to replace!”

Cummings is a well known critic of Trump and one of the top Democrats investigating Trump during his impeachment enquiry, so some of Trump's Twitter followers suggested the US president didn't type the message, with some suggesting that Kellyane Conway, the White House Senior Counsellor was the one who typed it.
