Photos of a plastic chair allegedly used as a wheelchair at the emergency unit of University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) has gone viral on social media.
A Twitter user @TheAppetizers who shared the photo tweeted "UNTH Enugu Upgraded their Emergency and casualty Wheelchair to 4G. Am i the only person who noticed this?"
